Order Processing

All bohémisse products are handmade by artisans. Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched

Shipping Rates (U.S.)

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 USD
  • $9.99 flat rate for orders below $150

Shipping Rates (Europe)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on destination
  • Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions

Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. delivery: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Europe delivery: typically 3–8 business days after shipment
  • Other international: typically 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.


Duties & Taxes (DDP)

Unless mentioned otherwise, orders shipped to the United States and Europe:

  • All duties and taxes are included in your order total
  • You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery

For all other countries:

  • Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures (even under DDP, rare inspections can delay delivery)
  • Carrier disruptions or postal service issues
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or promotional periods

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 10 days (U.S. / Europe)
  • 20 days (other international)

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused
  • Item is in original condition and packaging

Return shipping:

  • Free for U.S. orders
  • Customer-paid for Europe and other international orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bohemisse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

All cases are reviewed individually.
